Chase made the experience, call center, not so much.
I have had my bag fitted at CC and have loved the service and expertise. This fitting was to fine tune my driver. We worked through the shafts on hand and turned out a new driver head from last year was fine. A shaft upgrade was in order. Whoo hoo!
First-timers to CC? Have patience to get through the call center. The national call center is a turnoff from the 56 minute wait to get a live person and then to put up with their brashness and negative attitude to get the appointment scheduled. The CC is certainly a turnoff, but you will not be dissatisfied with the fitting experience.
Note to CC. Have an admin working at the fitting location so appointments are not continually being interrupted by folks walking in to ask questions or pick up their ordered equipment.
