Okay. Expected better.

My issues:

1) only measured wedge bounce not lie despite me saying I hook my wedges and also the lie board showing that my impact was close to the heel. He did not recommend bending the wedges flat which I thought would be a given. I asked and he thought it wasn’t required.

2) no 5 woods to hit.

3) I hit a titleist 3 iron well. When I checked out he put a mizuno MP20 HMB to match my set of HP5 irons. I asked why and he said it would match my set and I could pick the titleist if I wanted to but it wouldn’t match my irons. I agreed but was confused since I never hit a 3 iron mizuno HMB in my fitting not saw the look of it.

4) i felt a little rushed at the end with the wedges and putter to find out when I was checking out someone else came in to get fitted and he was the only one working there. It was clear I had to finish before the next person.

5) the initial bill included a “pure” or each club for $30 each. This was not described to me until I asked what it was. When I started asking more questions I declined the service which would have cost me $330. When I went home and looked online I found out this is a waste of money. The driver I bought I Included this service which was another waste of $30 if I decide to adjust me driver loft or club face. Again was not clearly described to me.

6) I felt as the numbers were described to me I asked to exclude other outliers from my baseline number of the clubs I currently owned which made the numbers skewed. When I asked for those numbers to be removed the differences were narrowed dramatically. When I hit a bad shot with the new clubs they were removed right away without me asking.

I felt like I was getting played.

Positives:
It was recommended I kept my putter, wedges, irons, and 3 wood but I did spend $800 on a driver which I gained 6 yards. The driver was $500 for the club head by itself which I could have bought online for $300 and the shaft was $315 which I could have bought for $200. I want me clubs and want to leave.

The fitting was appreciated but I felt like there was still undue pressure on the equipment being sold and off the rack retail prices which were not different or worse than anywhere I could have gone. In summary for the experience as A whole I would not differentiate or prefer this service over other offers or experiences on the market. I would not recommend to others as a f
Result, essentially for the prices.
