There was a odd wire on HVAC panel box an electrician noticed and brought to my attention. Did not make any sense why wire was there. Called to have someone come check out, as both HVAC units were installed by you. Tech came out, looked at wire, was perplexed, called supervisor that said to just pull out if not coming from under house. He yanked it and said he had no clue why it was there. The last two installation crews were responsible for fake wire. Yet I was charged $69 service fee for your mistake. Zero ownership of problem caused by installers that concerned my family of our house burning down due to incorrect wiring.
I have video of bell cow electrician explaining issue. I emailed video, but tech said no one looked at it for some reason. The last of my HVACS was installed less than 6 months ago.
