The technician (Corey) spent a lot of time checking all 3 units, cleaning fan coils and drain lines and taking pressure and electrical measurements. Renewed service agreement for another year. Originally, company only offered a military discount for active duty members and not retired military. When I called and spoke with the GM Jeff and pointed out the disparity, they re-evaluated their policy and I was able to get the military discount. Great service and great company. Robert Allmon
