I've been there 3 times and I keep going back. I keep getting hit in my car. The first time I went there was about 2 years ago. They did a fantastic job. They were upfront about costs, and it was an easy process in terms of getting a rental car, and dropping car off. They have a system with Enterprise that makes it easy for me as a customer. You can even watch the progress of your vehicle online. Any time I've gotten back in an accident since then I've gone back. They are nice, courteous, and professional.
