My air conditioning needed some attention. Because I had used Golden Rule Plumbing Heating & Cooling in the past I called them to schedule an appointment. Before my appointment, the technicians called me and gave me some tips for what I could do to resolve the issue that I was having. In that way, they were trying to save me a service call and the money it would take for that service call. I find that type of service exceptional! I ended up having them come out for a maintenance check on the system. They simply changed the filter and cleaned the coils which restored my system. It is now running fantastically. This saved me a lot of money. The charge for the maintenance service was only $100.00. I signed up for this service because my AC is now 6 years old. They will come out two times a year, once in the fall and once in the spring. This service call exceeded my expectations. Very professional, very detailed with everything explained to me. I highly recommend this company!
