Technician gave me 5 options with the 3rd, 4th & 5th options being new water heaters starting at $2100 Up to $2900. I chose the initial repair that the tech suggested. I had to pay half of the repair up front. Technician said he'd be back between 8-12 on Monday. At 11:15 on Monday, when no one had contacted me, nor shown up, I called to inquire about what was going on. Nearly 2 hours later I received a call that I'd be next to be seen by the tech.
Not impressed by this company at all.
