Golden Rule Plumbing Heating & Cooling has always done a great job for us. This was not our first time using their services. We have used them for a while now. We had them come out recently to check our unit. They had to install a new power blower for the furnace. We requested Denny. He is so personable and informative that I often ask for him to be the tech assigned for us. He is always able to quickly and effectively assess the unit. He then takes the time to explain his findings from the assessment as well as what he will be able to do to fix it. He also takes the time to answer any questions we have for him. He is prompt, polite and professional. He is very respectful of our home and very courteous. He is one of the main reasons we continue to use them, his service is wonderful. I absolutely recommend using Golden Rule Plumbing Heating & Cooling!
