We were very satisfied with the work done by Golden Rule Plumbing Heating & Cooling. Michael was pretty friendly and seemed to know what he was doing. The only problem was that he didn't have the right material on his truck. It didn't fit, so he had to go back to the shop for the right stuff. While he was gone, the boss called to apologize for that. It made us happy that he cared enough to call. We felt that was good service from Golden Rule Plumbing Heating & Cooling.
