I called Golden Rule Plumbing Heating & Cooling most recently to fix my sewage ejector pump because the toilet in the basement wasn't flushing properly. I had no problem making an appointment and the people in the office were very nice. The plumber called once he was on his way to let me know when he'd arrive. He arrived on time. He put on his little booties so he wouldn't mess up the floors. He was very knowledgeable and he got the pump working right away.
