Justin answered all my questions after his examination
of the furnace. He was polite and very easy to visit with.
He had asked if he could email me the copy of the invoice for the filter I bought. But I missed not having a copy of the work order showing the service done, the date of service, who did the service check.
Without the work order you have no receipt showing work done.
