This is the third year I a row that I have had to pay more money because something quit working after the maintenance check. The last two years they have unplugged my humidifier and caused water to fill up my furnace room. This year they took it to a whole new level though. While I was in the hospital having a child, they told me my water heater was leaking causing the water....the same water heater I bought from GR less than 5 years ago. When I had a follow up call he let me know that the condenser for the furnace did not have a tube hooked up right which was causing the water, They also had the nerve to charge me $500 so they could complete their criminal activity. I am in the process of working with the BBB, because I am tired of being bent over a barrel by this dishonest company.
