We had our furnace go out at our lake home. We are members of the Golden Rule Club. We called them and they sent a technician out immediately. We could not be at the home when the tech was there and they walked us through all of our options. Although we could not be present, they installed both a new furnace and air conditioning unit and took care of all the installation, rebates and billing remotely for us in less than 3 days. We are very pleased with how fast they responded, how they kept us updated and the follow-up they provided afterwards. Would highly recommend them to others.
