Nick was very proficient and took his time to give the furnace a very through check-up. Always very happy with my service from Golden Rule. Just one caveat - I had asked for morning service (8-12); but the Tech did not show up until 1:50 PM. This is the first time this has ever happened; and am hoping it does not in the future.
