For roughly the price of ONE service call of many other companies you receive an A/C check-up, a heating check-up, and a plumping check-up. The A/C & Heating one's are done at the appropriate time of the year to ensure your system will be running at its very best when you need it. Another benefit of the Gold Club...NEVER a "Trip charge". From the moment of initial contact all of the way to the wave goodbye you are treated with respect, as is your home & property, you are involved in the process & they will take the time to explain each and every step, part, action, all the time providing as much info you want along with helpful suggestions. IF anything needs addressing they will talk with you about it, explain the options, & tell you HONESTLY if it is urgent, emergent, if there is a less expensive option, or if it can really wait. They stand behind their service, leave your home nice, neat & clean. When they say something will cost you X amount then it WILL be X amount. (I suppose, if they ran into something completely catastrophic, they would discuss it with you, try to find the best option, & then the price might change. In over 15 years with them we have NEVER run into that scenario.) They treat us like they would want to be treated, were the roles reversed.
