We had a severe leaky faucet that needed immediate attention, water was running everywhere. Eric Umbarger, the dispatcher, made sure to get a technician to our house right away. While at the house the technician inspected everything and fixed the problem right away. He also provided us with three different options for the future to think about. Everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Golden Rule to anyone!
