I intended to use my $50 gift card toward the service. I forgot to give the $50 gift card to your team member. I called your office the next day. The employee that answered the phone, said that they needed to check and get back to me. No one called me back. I called back again and was told I could on my Next service. That doesn't set well with me at all. I'd like to be reimbursed $50. I will send in the gift card. The service that your team provided with the repair/ maintenance check was Excellent; however, I'm not satisfied with not being able to use the $50 gift card.
