Multiple visits to identify a problem, with each visit NOT fixing it. The last service call provided a "diagnosis" that was almost immediately followed up by a different (and more expensive) diagnosis. They also argued that each time they had, in fact, fixed the problem, but a new problem kept popping up - strangely, each "new problem" resulted in EXACTLY the same symptoms (icing that stopped the AC from working). As an FYI, these problems were all occurring with an AC that was less than 2 years old, and that THEY INSTALLED. Best advice - find someone else to do ANY work around your home.

After I made it clear to the service person that we would look elsewhere, he told my senior citizen house sitter "Good luck finding someone else" if the AC had further problems. No class at all. The only reason service got two stars is previous techs have at least been polite (even if they couldn't actually fix the problem).
