We had a late night emergency and we tried several other companies because we are new to the area and only got a voicemail. We remembered the ad on TV for Golden Rule Plumbing Heating & Cooling so we called and got a live person who answered and could not have been nicer and more reassuring. The service tech arrived called to review the issue and then was there within 60 minutes. Zach Goodwin was polite professional and friendly. He evaluated the issue and made a fix. Then we reviewed what we should do next before he departed. We knew our call to Golden Rule was the best decision we could have made.
