Jake from Golden Rule came out to do biennial maintenance on my HVAC system. I bought furnace/air from them in 2019 and they are always responsive and arrive on time. Jake thoroughly explained what he was doing as he did a full check on the systems. Everything checked out so no repair was needed. He made some suggestions for the future but there was no pressure to buy anything new. I always use Golden Rule as they are simply the best.
