Brandon with Golden Rule Plumbing, Heating & Cooling came out during the holiday weekend to access my heating and air conditioning unit. He was pleasant, arrived on time and found the issue. He had to come back and replace the blower, and when he did so, he was a totally different person when he came back. He tried his best to upsell me on a new HVAC system, and did so the entire time he was replacing the blower. I finally told him, I could only afford what I can afford. Maybe they get commission on new installations? After the blower replacement was finished being installed, my system has worked fine. I am unsure if I would go with Golden Rule Plumbing, Heating & Cooling when it comes time to replace this unit just for the simple fact that I felt pressured with the constant upsell at the time of repair. I am grateful that the unit is running.
