We bought a AC unit from them 5 yrs ago. Called them that the unit was not blowing cold air anymore. Week later they came out to fix the problem. Two hrs later they are leaving and the problem has not been fixed. They don't know what wrong with the unit. If you specialize in something you should be able to fix the problem or replace the unit. You should stand behind what you sell. The only thing they fixed was the size of the company's wallet when they told us we had to pay them $501 for the service charge. AND WE STILL DON"T HAVE A/C. Probably not going to use them again and not recommend them to anyone anymore. Problem needs to be resolved. I don't mind paying for something as long as the problem is resolved.
