Golden Rule, like any company, experiences some issues where they can provide better service as time goes by. The owner and operations manager make sure things are fixed to satisfaction if they did not start out that way. I have invested thousands into this company and have experienced mostly great service. There have been a few issues along the way, but they were always taken care of by management. Zach, Derrek, Anna, Brian, Mark, Roberto, and many others have made things great for us.
