I think GAMA air were very good. They were very responsive when we called them because our heating element stopped working and we didn't know what was wrong. The heating didn't work but the air conditioning did and it turns out that it was a motor fan in the unit that needed to be replaced so they took care of that quickly. What was good is that they had the part so they were basically able to take care of that the same day.
So, that was good and then the next day, we found that we were having a problem with our AC but it turns out that my youngest son had turned on the AC at night and they came to check it out and said that the problem was that it was running all night and it had to be left alone to defrost. It turned out it was all fine and I haven't had any problems again. Everything was fine, it was pretty straight forward.
