Purchased a Riello Boiler/Tankless Water Heater last December of 2018. Nice unit and pricey to say the least. We have had a number of error or fault messages indicating no hot water. Easily solvable by resetting the unit. The unit this late Fall and early Winter had been doing so more frequently. Had wonderful warranty service with. Bill Hartman doing the troubleshooting. Bill was wonderful to work with and served us well. The water is no longer getting cold (WE HOPE and will see in the coming days). No money needed to be paid to Auchinache as all work and parts were under warranty.
