Regret my earlier 5 star review
The techs led me to believe i could afford a new furnace, guided me in that direction and left. When their supervisor got here an hour later the truth of the cost to replace my furnace was disclosed, which i could not afford. And the estimate to replace my valve with a universal one was astronomical. So nothing got done.
