Just wanted to go on record once again to state how disappointed I am and have been with my whole Auchinachie experience. Last week I suffered my quarterly loss of hot water because of a shoddy Baxi wall mounted boiler and/or associated plumbing. I never get used to it, but it always comes at the most inappropriate time. This time when family was visiting. The only good part is that I get to tell my whole story time after time, hopefully preventing someone else from making the same mistake as I did.
