I had a mixed experience working with them. Less than two years ago, I had them install a new water system in my home. More recently, there was an issue that came up with the water system, and I needed to have them repair it. I have a warranty for the water system, however, the warranty did not cover the work that I needed, and Auchinachie wanted quite a bit of money for the repair work. It took them about three or four days to come out for the service call, but they were able to get the repair done when they were here, and now the water system works beautifully. The technicians who did the repair arrived promptly, and they were very polite and friendly when we spoke. I'm not sure if I would go with Auchinachie again in the future, but their technicians do a good job, and I think they provide good customer service.
