Josh Conklin fixed the plumbing problem and did it with a pleasant, polite, professional manner. What a great employee you have. He was waiting at my house when I got there, had to run back and forth from the house to his truck during torrential downpours, but never lost his polite manner. He was very helpful when discussing different heating options that I want to look into further. Thank you Josh for helping and being such a nice person!
