Josh Conklin did an excellent job for me !!!
If I could give Josh Conklin 10 stars...I would. He is by far the very best tech I have ever worked with. He got out of this huge truck and my first thought was..oh my gosh he is so young. How can he know what he is doing. Well...I was totally impressed !! He was so polite and professional and he even put those plastic slippers on !! He figured out where my problem was in no time..the previous "guys" had no clue. I am so glad that I made the call to the PROS. I have been so stressed for a month with my plumbing problems..and Josh fixed everything..and now I am smiling !!! Good things do come in small packages..Josh is the best !!!!!!!!!!!!!
