In my opinion, the top technician and great customer service goes to the man called Brad Brand. Although 2 men were sent, Brad's work was superior. He took the time to explain what he did. When I found something accidently forgotten, once I got pass the woman who answered the phone, things progressed quickly. A job as big as the job that was done by this company, I expected that something might be left out or unfinished. The great part is that they come back out without giving me a hassle when I had a concern. I would definitely use this company again, with confidence.
