I've been a customer of Auchinachie Services for 10 years. Their customer service is so convenient and everyone is so pleasant! The men are always careful about covering their shoes so they don't dirty house.

Several service visits come to mind when I think about Auchinachie Services. They're always here on short notice, if there's a truck in the area they can be here within a couple hours. The longest I've had to wait was next day. These technicians are so pleasant, you can't help but enjoy the visit. This means a lot to me.

I purchased new hot water tank from them. I wasn't happy with the last unit at all. That was three years ago, I've been happy ever since. Auchinachie maintains the unit well and I call them for plumbing services also.

Another time, I needed a new dishwasher. A technician happened to be servicing the furnace and offered to pick up a dishwashing unit for me. He let me pick the particular unit and went to the store to purchase it. While my 1st choice wasn't available, he chose an alternative that I'm just as satisfied with. I was charged one flat fee and the dishwasher is still working 5 years later!

I'm almost 90. It's wonderful to have a service as reliable and convenient as Auchinachie!
