We arrived on 7-11-19 at the office.The receptionist immediately handed me the credit card receipt to sign.there was an escort in a golf cart took us out and over the bridge to the creek side.This was really bad and junky looking and went to campsite#90 which i had to back in. This is when i found out I had 30 amp service and not 50 amp and water hookup. There was no sewer to hookup to which there was supposed to be thats what i paid for anyway.I was told by the escort then the office that a worker pumps out the tanks with a worker in a vacuum truck at there time schedule I told them thats not what i paid for and i wanted my money back. I was told there was no refund.I told them they werent going to touch my camper with a vacuum truck.We stay from the 11th to the 15th when our tanks were almost full then left and dumped them at home.I was supposed to get full hookups and was lied to.The grass was a foot tall and had to be mowed. Im here letting everyone now my experience with this place. Once you sign your credit card receipt there is (no refund).What a joke never stay here again. The pool had concrete busted all around it with metal sticking up.E lectric wire taped together on the ground.The animals made of concrete in the miniture golf were falling down.I have stayed at numerous campgrounds and none has been this bad.
