I was extremely worried when our sewer started backing up into the basement. Aladdin took the time to explain what was going on and showed me the damaged pipes. They were upfront, honest, and confident in their pricing. I did my due diligence and got additional bids. I was told (by other companies) I would be responsible for any surprises that may occur during the excavation. I stayed with Scott Hail and couldn’t be happier. They stuck with their quote even though there was additional work needed. The digging crew was fantastic and communicated every day. They will be back in the spring to do some additional cleanup in the yard. I have to thank the entire team: Cory, Aladdin, Kasey, Dan, Ryan and Calvin. I will definitely call Scott Hail for any future work.
