This was my first time using Scott Hale plumbing and what a great experience from start to finish! Booking the appointment over the phone was easy, even with it being after hours. The follow up call they made to ensure they sent the right person out was appreciated. They promised a time their person would be to our home and they were on time. Ryan was exceptional at diagnosing the issue, explaining it so I could understand and clearly laid out my options without making me feel pressured to do something I didn’t need to. He was friendly and professional and most importantly fixed the issues which was a deep clogged drain. He cleaned up nicely and made me feel like an important customer. So grateful for people like Ryan and companies like Scott Hale that obviously treat their people well so they can treat me, the customer so well. Thanks so much!
