Yet another cancelled appointment
Take a day off work for a scheduled warranty service scheduled between 12-3. 2:45pm get a call and the technician is 2 hours behind and needs to reschedule. Signed up for they annual program last year reluctantly thanks to them breaking components on my furnance (So i ended up having to buy a new furnance unplanned at a discount). They have now in last year missed 2 appointments and their contact and keeping updated is atrocious. I understand technicians can be delayed but this is repeat after repeat and simply put is just not good enough.
