I recently had both furnace and A/C condenser replaced. The experience was amazing! Starting off with Tyler who showed me the options available and the differences between all of them, including cost differences. Now Jesse, the install technician, was truly great! Jesse was professional, friendly and easy to talk with (Not that Tyler wasn’t as well). After the installation was complete he went over the work that was done and gave me suggestions on thermostat settings with the new multi-stage furnace and recommendations on keeping the condenser outside free from debris -if I was going to cover it during fall & winter. Great experience overall and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Scott Hale Plumbing Heating & Air to anyone.
