We had someone one come out to help unclog a toilet that was really badly clogged. The plumber used his snake and got it draining. Then 2 days later it clogged again. Each time it cost us $100 for the service.
When we had someone come and get our swamp cooler ready for summer they noticed a "smell" from the toilet outlet pipe on the roof. IT WAS PLUGGED!!! All they did was flush it with water and it was cleared out. WHY DIDN'T THE PLUMBER CHECK THIS WHEN THE TOILET WAS SO CLOGGED??? Very unhappy with the service from Scott Hale plumber.
