Saturday 29 Sept. Doing a DIY water heater install but couldn't get the connections to stop leaking.. quick call to Scott Hale and in less time than quoted Brenden Maddox shows up. Polite & Professional, we explained the situation, he looked it over explained what the issue was and promptly fixed it for the upfront price quoted. He also explained in depth what he was doing and also suggested future care for the water heater we purchased. He cleanup everything and took away the old water heater for us!!
