I had an issue with a gas like odor emanating from my air ducts. Bryson came out and was exceptionally thorough and was unable to find any gas leaks. He recommended calling the gas company to test our gas lines, we did, and there were in fact no leaks. The smell persisted and Chris came out next examine our HVAC, he was unable to diagnose the situation, but was again very thorough and helpful. Chris recommended a master plumber. Mike came and investigated our plumbing and found no leaks or interference with the ducting. He then noticed the plumbing vent from our washer was the source of the smell. It was quite the saga but with the diligence of the Scott Hale staff the problem was discovered and remedied.
