It was very disappointing
A customer only really remembers their last interactions with a company.
Have been a very loyal customer with Scott Hale until now not only with my doing business with but making many referrals.
This last service visit was a disappointment from the beginning to the end. Beginning with questionable selling practices to techs leaving tools and parts behind to not finishing the job making it 3 visits to complete instead of 2.
Spoke to a manager very poor follow through and lots of empty excuses.
Not sure what’s going on at Scott Hale but communication and follow through no longer seems to be a top priority. Maybe the company has grown to big and the core values have been forgotten. It makes me sad to write this but.....
