When furnace was checked they indicated I needed a new one and could not use the existing furnace. I did not mind that so much, however they did not present to me any options as to furnace name, etc. They sold me the most expensive one, which was a lot of money for me as being retired and an existing customer for several years. I had it put in (call it a panic mode) which is a good way to sell someone something. I did check and other furnace options would have been a lot less and good quality. I checked afterwards and was told buy other dealers in Utah the price for this furnace and install and everyone was cheaper. I believe that when selling a furnace and you should provide options of name brands which I did not receive. It was like here it is. I accepted it, but after certainly had regrets that options of name brands were not provided to me and I personally believe I was overcharged. At this time I pay for service, but buying a large item in the future, I cannot see a future doing this with your company. The furnace makes a terrible noise in the duct work when shutting down, sounds like a bomb. This did the same with my previous furnace which was bigger, so I did not expect with this one, but it is louder and happens every time.
