We first encountered Tyler and he was very helpful other than he's a Chevy guy :) Our a/c was 19 years old and it wasn't cooling well nor blowing as forcefully as it once did. We replaced both our furnace and a/c and I think it was the only choice. Not prepared for how expensive this was but most things today have increased in price. Jake who was the installer, HE WAS FANTASTIC! HE WAS SUPER FRIENDLY and made us feel at ease. He did a wonderful job and respected our home and didn't leave any mess behind. He worked so hard to get things installed in just a few hours. Can't thank him enough for all his help and tonight, I will sleep comfortably and not be hot. Even our dog thanks Jake too. A job well done.
