This has been one of those plumbing years for me. It sucks. The good news is that i found Scott Hale. Here's what i like:
1) they're clean. They wear booties at all times inside and they also clean up after each job, so i don't have to.
2) everything's guaranteed. If i call a fly by night, they may not come back to fix something small, that was overlooked.
3) they're super friendly, courteous and nice.
