I placed a call on a Friday for some leaking coming from our AC unit, and they had someone available on Monday at any time that could work for me. The technician was named Bryson and he was very friendly and on time. He asked me to explain the problem and talked me through everything he was going to try before doing it, and said he wouldn't tack on any charges before first checking with me. Luckily it was an easy fix. He put some mineral tablets in to help this problem from returning, but put it on the house, which was really nice! He was friendly and gave great advice on how to keep our unit running well and told me about some great programs their company does. I will be calling them in the future.
