I can finish a review when I receive a personal phone call from Scott Hale regarding an issue with your plumbing department almost a year ago. Written several times, called and asked to speak with him. One representative took pictures of my notes taken about a year ago. No contact from Scott Hales at all. Really disappointed on this part. Really cannot understand why he would not want to know and close the issue I have. Will use them for furnace issues.
