When my water main broke I was at a lose at what to do, So I called Scott Hale pluming. The receptionist was very helpful and arranged to have Trent come out after hours to evaluate the situation. Trent was awesome. He explained that my water main was the problem and needed to be replaced. He arranged to have their crew out the next day to begin working on it. Dan and Korey were incredible, they even helped clean up the water that was leaking in my basement! Everyone was so friendly. They took every precaution to protect my sprinkling system, my lawn, shrubs and house. I can't say enough about what a wonderful job that Trent,Dan and Korey did! I was treated kindly and with respect and even more importantly fairly! In this day and age it is nice to actually feel good about a job well done. I will recommend Scott Hale pluming to anyone and everyone! Hats off to you!!
