I took the day off from work to have a plumber come and to have my furnace looked at as a part of the service plan purchased. The plumber was supposed to come between 9-1, I received a call from the office saying there was an emergency and there was no longer a plumber available to come that day. The furnace man came but did not know how to service the type that I have. My day off is blown and no effort made to make it work for me. Only, can they come on Tuesday? No, they can't, I work and cannot take another day off hoping someone will come and is able to do the work needed. Extremely frustrating. Will have them come again for the final service plan checks, but won't use again.
