I use RB Heating Climate Care for everything! I'm on a yearly plan with them so they come at least twice a year to clean and maintain my furnace and air conditioner. They also clean my pellet stove and my ductwork. They've put in a new air conditioning system. But I have to share a story that dates back to nineteen eighty-six. I had a massive propane explosion that was the fault of the cheapo builder who installed a defective gas valve. While I was lying on the floor with serious injuries and concerned about my five-year-old son, the first call I made was to RB Heating Climate Care. I knew they would take care of everything for me and they did. They called emergency services. They got in touch with my mother to take my son. They came over and secured the premises. They were my angels that day. They go above and beyond the call of duty. They are caring people, not just a business. There's not a $@!#% in the whole bunch. To this day, I call them for everything. When they were here cleaning the ductwork one day, I had just renovated my basement into a lounge area and needed someone to mount the big TV for me. I'm too little to do it myself. They offered to stay after the ducts were done and hung up the TV for me. These guys are made of the right stuff. When I am expecting them and know I won't be home, I leave a key out for them. I know they won't go snooping around the house. My mother also loves them and she also leaves a key out for them at her house. I've never heard one person complain about any of the fellows from RB Heating Climate Care. We're way out here in the country and they always come prepared to do the job at hand. If gravel is needed they bring their own. If a new filter is needed, they hand me one. I'm so happy to be able to give them a glowing review. It's the human aspect of this company that shines.
