RB Heating Climate Care has been my HVAC contractor of choice since 1998. They have installed a complete oil-fired system (1998), a complete natural gas fired system (furnace, AC, HWT, filter, HRV, two fireplaces) in 2008 (when natural gas became available in this sub-division), and, at my request, replaced the furnace in late 2018 and the HWT in February 2019. All the work has been efficient, effective and flawless. Technicians are well-trained, licensed, friendly and leave no mess. They perform annual maintenance each year, again to the same standard. On the two occasions in nearly 21 years there has been an issue, they have responded and resolved the issues quickly.
